As president of The Midwest Dialysis Group, I was approached by an investment bank to join in a roll up of other dialysis companies for an initial public offering. Our controller was not experienced in dealing with the auditors and the Security and Exchange Commission. My attorney recommended Roger Ely CPA to assist us in the audit, pre-IPO valuation, and SEC filings. We retained his firm and were extremely satisfied with the services they provided.

When the audits were completed, the pre-IPO valuation for our company was presented by the investment bank. The pre-IPO value for our shares was 6 million dollars. Due to rapid growth and other events our companies were in a liquidity crisis and we needed to take immediate action.
